Security and account care

If you want to pause your account temporarily, contact support through Help. We can suspend your account for a set period (for example, during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha holidays) so you cannot log in or access games. Suspension is reversible—you can request to reactivate your account at any time. If you want to close your account permanently, we can process that too. Account closure is final, and we'll process a withdrawal of your remaining balance within thirty days. All account changes are logged for security purposes.
